Dr. Vaibhav Bajaj is a dedicated dental leader known for his commitment to cutting-edge technology, patient-centered care, and the highest standards of ethics. His philosophy is simple yet powerful — to combine advanced innovation with compassion to deliver dentistry that is precise, comfortable, and dependable.
Dr. Bajaj began his dental journey in 2009 after earning his first dental degree from Pacific Dental College & Hospital in India. After several years of practice, he moved to the United States to further his education, earning a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (Healthcare) from Pace University, New York. In 2017, he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) through the Advanced Standing Program at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
Passionate about lifelong learning, Dr. Bajaj continually expands his expertise through advanced continuing education and investments in modern dental technology. His dedication to excellence earned him an Honorary Fellowship with the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics.
At Steele Creek Smiles, Dr. Bajaj strives to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care — combining precision, comfort, and trust in every treatment.
Outside the office, Dr. Bajaj enjoys spending time with his wife, Councilwoman Dimple Ajmera, and their twin daughters, Charlotte and Arya. He also enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and pursuing spiritual growth.
